Reliability Components of Online Teaching and Learning Tools in Lesotho Higher Education Institutions: A Systematic Review

Electronic learning is a techno approach that brings new opportunities for teaching and in many fields of education compared to the traditional classroom environment. However, there dearth research on its effectiveness practicality whether it dependable enough during learning. Thus, this systematic review aims provide evidence from numerous findings reliability components (such as functionality, probability success, environment, duration) online (OTL) tools Lesotho higher institutions (HEIs), focusing functionality success only.
